Early Lease Termination Guarantee
If a tenant ends their lease early and moves out, and we’re unable to collect the early termination penalties from them to cover the marketing fee, we will waive the marketing fee for the owner when we list the property to find the next tenant. This ensures our owners are protected from unexpected costs when a tenant leaves early, while we handle the re-marketing process promptly and professionally.
Eviction Policy Guarantee
If a tenant is evicted and it’s determined that the cause was related to a screening oversight, we will waive the marketing fee when re-listing the property to find the next tenant. However, if the eviction occurs due to circumstances beyond the scope of screening—such as job loss, medical hardship, or other unforeseen financial difficulties after move-in—then the marketing fee will be reduced by 50%. This allows us to share the cost with the owner and help offset their financial loss during the transition.
Satisfaction / Exit Guarantee
We believe our service should speak for itself — not lock you in. If at any point you’re not satisfied with our management services, you can cancel your agreement with a 30-day notice and no penalty fees. We don’t believe in binding long-term contracts or fine print that limits your options. At Red Bricks Property Management, our goal is to earn your trust through performance, communication, and results — not through restrictive contracts. You stay with us because you’re happy, not because you’re obligated.
Communication & Service Guarantee
We believe great property management starts with clear and timely communication. Our team responds promptly to all text messages and emails, ensuring that both owners and tenants receive quick, reliable updates. When tenants pay rent on time, owner payouts are processed between the 10th and 15th of each month, along with detailed owner statements showing a full breakdown of income and expenses. Inspections Guarantee
We take property care seriously. Every home under our management receives a detailed inspection at onboarding and again at move-out to document condition, identify maintenance needs, and protect your investment. While mid-lease inspections are optional, we conduct them whenever necessary — such as when there are maintenance concerns, HOA notices, or other signs that warrant a visit. At Red Bricks Property Management, our goal is to keep your property in excellent condition and address issues before they become costly repairs.

All work orders are reviewed and responded to quickly, and we maintain an emergency support line for urgent issues that cannot wait. For standard repairs, we obtain estimates and seek your approval before moving forward. In true emergency situations—where delaying action could cause property damage or safety risks—we proceed immediately to resolve the issue and notify you promptly. Our goal is to safeguard your investment while providing fast, responsible maintenance service at all times.
