Meet the Team
Red Bricks Property Management was founded on a passion for doing property management the right way. The journey began when founder Raghu Kukunoor started managing his own rental properties. That firsthand experience gave him a deep understanding of the challenges and responsibilities owners face — and sparked a commitment to delivering hands-on, reliable service.
After earning his real estate license, Raghu Kukunoor joined Red Bricks Realty in 2021 under the leadership of Broker-in-Charge Kranthi Aella. They launched the company’s property management division under the Red Bricks Realty in 2021. As the portfolio expanded, it became clear that a dedicated platform was needed to serve the unique needs of property owners and tenants. In 2025, Red Bricks Property Management was officially formed, allowing each brand to specialize in its area of expertise — sales for Red Bricks Realty, and full-service property management for Red Bricks Property Management.
Today, Red Bricks Property Management is driven by a simple mission: to manage every home as if it were our own. The company operates with integrity, transparency, and a long-term mindset — prioritizing quality service over short-term gains. There are no hidden markups or sister maintenance companies; instead, savings and efficiencies are passed directly to clients. Pricing is fair and consistent across the board.

Raghu Kukunoor brings a hands-on, owner-first perspective to property management. His journey began by managing his own rental properties, where he quickly gained a deep understanding of the everyday challenges faced by landlords — and developed a passion for doing things the right way.
After earning his real estate license, Raghu joined Red Bricks Realty under the leadership of Broker-in-Charge Kranthi Aella. Recognizing a growing need for specialized management services, they helped establish the company’s property management division in 2021.
As the property management portfolio continued to expand, Red Bricks Property Management was formed in 2025 as a separate dedicated platform focused entirely on residential property management operations, while continuing its partnership with Red Bricks Realty.
Today, Raghu is known for his commitment to transparency, fairness, and long-term value. Under his leadership, Red Bricks Property Management has built its reputation on integrity, personalized service, and an unwavering focus on treating every home with the care it deserves.
